Q: I have lots of mix still in my shed, is it safe to use it during the winter?
A: All Ark No Mess Mixes are suitable for use all year round and will benefit the birds at all times of year.

Q: I've opened my bag and I can't see any mealworms, have you sent me the right stuff?
A: We use ribbon mixing technology that means the entire batch is mixed continuously to ensure consistent mixes from the first to the last bag. This does however have one drawback and that is that the mealworms degrade (get smashed) during the mixing process and the early bags tend to have more ‘wholes’ than the tail of the mix. The crushed mealworms adhere to the seeds and the birds get the full benefit of the additional protein in their diet despite the variable look of the product.
