Our Giant Fat Balls are made with the finest animal and vegetable fats with added sunflower and mixed seeds. The softer constitution of the suet makes them more palatable and easier for birds to access.

Please Note: Ark Wildlife Fat Balls are supplied net free. Fat Balls are commonly supplied in green plastic netting but some of our customers reported incidents where nets trapped birds' feet causing injury. We have since discontinued 'netted' Fat Balls in favour of net free, because these cut packaging and are safer for birds.

Q: Why don't your fat balls have nets on?
A: Bird conservation organisations have reports of birds claws and togues getting caught in nets and killing them. We want to encourage best practice and help you take the best care of the wild birds visiting your garden.
