Great for Squirrel Free Gardens

These modern high quality plastic bird feeders stand up well against their metal counterparts, advanced platics are now more rigid, UV resistant and can be put through the dishwasher (unlike many cheaper plastic feeders). The rigid plastic makes filling and cleaning the bird feeders much easier and the birds seem completely comfortable on the round perches compared to being ´side on´ using traditional peg perches. I would warn that these are great in my garden because I´m squirrel free but for gardens with squirrels I´d still recommend all metal bird seed feeders for the extra protection they provide.

Bought the standard size as a replacement for a very old feeder. It´s very sturdy and the birds seem to like this type of fixing for their feet.
