I use this as cat litter. I find it very economical and my cats are very happy with it. One must remember that it expands considerably so only a thin layer should be used. Daily removal of solid waste is all that is necessary while the pellets gradually turn to sawdust and there is literally no smell. It makes a tedious job easy and our current supply is by far the best.
