Mixed Bird Grit is suitable for all birds, small or large, wild or caged up to pigeon size. Mixed grit contains flint grits that act as grinding agents in the gizzard to aid digestion. Limestone and oystershell grits are soluble ingredients which are high in calcium and trace element minerals. Charcoal enhances the palatability of the food within the crop and gizzard.
