Our Service
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £20.00 (*excluding Live Food) within mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands.
Orders are dispatched promptly, usually the same day as receipt for orders placed by 12 noon, for delivery on a 24-hour carrier service.
Our large warehouse facilities enable us to hold continuous stock of all products, so you can buy confidently knowing that your purchase will be available for immediate dispatch. |
Delivery Charges
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £20.00 (*excluding Live Food) within mainland England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands.
Order values of less than £20.00 will be subject to £3.95 delivery charge.
Local Free delivery (within 5 miles of Hitchin, Herts) no minimum order value.
Please note our carriers (City Link) impose a minimum carriage surcharge of £20.00 for the following Scottish postcodes PA20-40, PH19-40, PH60, HS, IV3-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, BT, as well as the British Islands including the Isles of Wight, Skye and Northern Ireland. Please do not order on-line if you require delivery to these areas, telephone us on 0800 085 4865 for further details.
*Please note: All Live Food (+Pro-Grub) is sent direct from the farm with free delivery and is not counted in your shopping basket.
On occasion, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any unprofitable accounts or orders placed with us.
Delivery Schedule: Our carrier's normal delivery service is Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 6.00pm. Special delivery arrangements i.e. AM or Saturday deliveries can be arranged and will be charged to you at cost, please phone us for details. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the day of receipt and dispatched on a 24-hour service. For example, an order placed on Monday morning would be shipped that day for delivery by 6.00pm Tuesday.
Our carriers (City Link) will accept Special Instructions to leave goods at a designated location at the purchasers own risk without signature. |

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with an estimated delivery date and the option to substitute or cancel your order, if you would rather not wait. |
