Q: What are the benefits of an account?

Q: I’ve forgotten my password?
A: On the logging in page, simply click the ‘forgotten password’ link and we will automatically send you a new password. It you do not see it within a few minutes please check your junk folder in your email account.

Q: I’ve got an item missing, incomplete or damaged item in my order?
A: Please call our customer service team immediately on free phone 0800 085 4865 for assistance.

Q: How do I track an order?
A: Log in to your account and go to Track my orders. In there you will find a link to the carrier and that will tell you when to expect your delivery.
