Covid-19 Update (July 2020)
We are complying with current Government guidelines regarding safe working practices in our warehouses and throughout our delivery network. While most orders will continue to arrive on a 24-hour delivery service, occasionally it may take an extra day to reach you.
Accepting Your Delivery
If you are In:
All our deliveries are now delivered on a contact-free social distancing basis.
Whether delivery is via the Post Office, DPD or DHL, the driver will place the parcel on your doorstep and take a photo as proof of delivery. The driver will ring your doorbell or knock and step back to a safe distance before you collect your goods.
If you are out or shielding:
If you are going to be out or prefer the driver not to knock, you can nominate a ‘safe place’ (at the time of ordering) to leave your goods, in which case the driver will leave the goods as instructed and you will receive a text or email confirming delivery (if we have your contact details).
The supply chain is currently under great strain. Some of our suppliers are shut and others depend on imports from countries who have closed their borders. We are sourcing stock wherever we can but cannot guarantee availability of our full range for the foreseeable future.
