Q: I would like a tray at the bottom of my feeder - can I get one that fits the Bird Lover's Seed Feeder?
A: Yes - You have a choice of two - The Feeder Base A Tray from Droll Yankees (190mm diameter) and the Feeder Base Tray Ring Pull (265mm diameter).
Q: My feeders are getting damp at the bottom is there anything I can do?
A: You can add Feeder Fresh into the base of your feeders to alleviate this issue.  
Q: Can I feed Niger Seed in the feeder?
A: No due to the fine size of the Niger Seed you would need to feed this from a specific Niger feeder.
Q: Will the Bird Lovers Feeders fit on top of a garden pole?
A: Yes - all Bird Lovers Feeders will fit our Garden Pole.
Q: Can I put just Suet Tit-Bits in the Onyx Premium Seed Feeder?
A:  Suet on its own in a seed feeder will clog it very quickly.  As the suet is slightly sticky, especially when wet, it will not flow through the feeder.  A small amount of suet tit-bits mixed with your favourite tube feeder mix will work well.  Why not try our Ark Hearty Suet Mix.
