Giant Roost Nest Pocket

Our Giant Roost Nesting Pocket is ideal for roosting or nesting for small garden birds such as wrens, blue tits and robins.

All small birds require protection from harsh windy, wet weather and cold nights. Providing a warm roosting space out of the prevailing wind can be a life saver for small birds during poor weather conditions. Without somewhere to shelter they use up vital energy reserves just trying to keep warm, risking their wellbeing.

Like all our roost pockets, the Giant Roost Nesting Pocket features a sturdy inner frame surrounded by a natural brushwood covering. It also includes integral fixing loops so the roost nester can be easily tied into suitable foliage or vegetation.

The size and shape of the entrance makes it highly attractive to small nesting hole species and the small round entrance has a little rattan doorstep which serves as a landing platform. It also features a porch designed to keep rain and wind away from the nester entrance hole.
