How do I add a Product Review?
We use Reviews.io to collect independent reviews on our behalf for service and products. You will receive an email from them following any purchases you make (you can opt out) with an invitation to review.

Who can create product reviews?
Anyone who has purchased items from Ark Wildlife is encouraged to review all their purchases. There are a few simple rules but these are just to keep things legal (see below).
We reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:
- Obscene or distasteful content including sexually explicit or gratuitous comments
- Profane or spiteful remarks
- Content which might be considered defamatory, blasphemous, racist or incendiary
- Remarks that may be considered criminal or libellous
- Content not specific to the item being reviewed
What can I put in my review?
Ark Wildlife welcomes your honest opinion about our products; positive or negative. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We think all helpful information informs our customers into better buying decisions. Try to be specific in your review focusing on features and your personal experience with them. No matter if you liked or disliked a product, try and add the ‘why’ this was so. A review wants to convey your opinion of the product but stick to the point, the best reviews we find 20-150 words is usually about right.
We do not remove critical reviews but we do reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any customer review we consider inappropriate to the content of this web site.
Please note: Non specific or non product feedback such as customer service, packaging or shipment should be submitted via the Contact Us form, so that we can address your comments/concerns immediately.
