If you wish to return a product, please take the following steps:

  1. Ring free phone 0800 085 4865 or email with your order number, details of the product/s to return and reason why.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition they arrived with you.

  5. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return. We recommend that customers keep proof of postage when returning items.
  6. Once returned items have been received by Ark Wildlife, they will be checked to ensure they are in original packaging and good condition. If accepted, we will refund the full purchase price which may take up to ten days from receipt of goods. If any goods are not in an acceptable condition, we will advise you by email that a refund cannot be processed.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a defective item please contact us on 0800 085 4865 to enable us to resolve any issue.

We take great care packing your order but damage in transit can happen. Please inspect all deliveries immediately to ensure your goods are correct and undamaged. Please notify us of any issues within 7 days on 0800 085 4865.


Cancelling an Item

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days, beginning the day after the delivery date and the goods must be returned to us unopened and in their original condition. If you decide to cancel, please follow the instructions under Returns and Quality Promise section.

This applies to all our products.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we arrange for the items to be collected we will deduct the cost of doing so from the amount refunded. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price for that item within 30 days.
