What is it?
The CATWatch Ultrasonic cat deterrent, is the only deterrent scientifically tested and approved by the RSPB. Safe and non harmful with an impressive coverage of 125 sq m with a detection range of 12 metres.

How does it help?
When the CATWatch unit is triggered, the high-pitched (not audible to humans) ultrasonic bursts of sound cause the cat to retreat. It can take cats 2-4 weeks to associate the deterrent effect with the area and stay away. Weather resistant and made in the UK, the longer the unit is in place, the more effective it becomes.

Some white, older or exotic breeds of cats are by nature hard of hearing and may not be affected by CATWatch. Please note that cats’ reactions will vary from immediate flight, to settling down in front of the unit, in an attempt to assert authority.

Yes. The CATWatch is made in Britain and specifically designed to cope with the notoriously wet and windy British climate, as well as the wild temperature fluctuations that it will naturally experience when sat out in your garden.
