What is it?
These attractive hand-woven, sturdy, wicker duck baskets provide shelter and a safe nesting site for ducks and moorhens. Put your nesting basket in place during winter, ready for the breeding season to come. Fixings not included.

How does it help?
Simply place at the edge of the water, ensuring it is above the flood plain and amongst dense vegetation. If suitable low ground is unavailable, the basket can also be secured to a strong branch or other suitable support structure no higher than a metre above the water.
