The Schwegler 2F Bat Box with Double Front Panel is another ideal ‘starter’ box to see if there are bats in your area. This model has the same dimensions as the very popular Schwegler 2F, but has the addition of an internal double front panel which creates a popular and readily accepted roost for crevice inhabiting bats such as Pipistrelle and Daubenton`s bats.
If it is not occupied after a number of years, it is easily converted to either a 2F Bat Box or a 2M Bird Box should you wish to by simply changing the front panel.
Please note that should inspection and cleaning of an occupied box be required, that it must be carried out by a licensed professional.
