Designed and built with professional use in mind, Vivara Pro Bat Boxes are as much at home in domestic gardens, as they are in commercial and industrial situations. Developed in consultation with nature conservation organisations and ecologists they are species specific and therefore enjoy high occupancy rates.
Made from durable and long lasting Woodstone®, a mix of concrete and FSC certified wood fibres. This material will not rot, warp or split and the inherent strength of the material also prevents predators such as squirrels or woodpeckers damaging the boxes. Every Vivara Pro wildlife habitat will give years of maintenance free service and can be expected to last decades rather than years.
The Woodstone® material additionally creates an ideal habitat due to it’s natural breathability and insulating properties. This reduces condensation and regulates the temperature making the internal chamber far more hospitable regardless of the weather outside. More and more conservation organisations are making Vivara Pro Woodstone® their default range as a result of this success.
