Details

The Nest Box Guardian helps protect nesting birds from aggressive and predatory animals such as squirrels, cats, magpies and others.

It is made from rigid plastic and stops paws, claws and beaks from reaching in the nest box and woodpeckers from enlarging the hole to reach the vulnerable chicks inside.

Suitable for hole type bird nest boxes with entrances up to 38mm in size and is supplied with three fixing screws.

Q: Is it easy to fix to my nest box?

A: The Nestbox Guardian is easily fitted to any wooden nest box with a hole up to 38mm.  Just attach it using the three fixing screws that are included.

Q: Will this product protect my baby birds from next door's cats?

A: Yes. The Guardian will allow your wild birds easy access, whilst the elongated access tube prevents admission to predators such as cats, larger birds (eg magpies) and squirrels.
