A Squirrel Feeder placed in a quiet spot in the garden can discourage squirrels from raiding the birds` feeders. Squirrels can be fun to watch especially when they`re not chasing birds away or damaging trees and buds. Our Metal Squirrel Feeder has a flip top lid that keeps food dry until the squirrel lifts the lid to access the food.

The generous size tube can be filled with peanuts or our dedicated squirrel foods . Powder coated all metal frame and lid for long life and to prevent corrosion. We have a selection of squirrel feeders on offer suitable for feeding red and grey squirrels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do the Squirrels get the food out?

A: Squirrels very quickly learn to simply lift the lid and take out the food. Very occasionally it can be helpful with a new feeder to place a small amount of food on the front plate to act as a attraction and even prop the lid up for a short spell.

Q: Does this feeder come with fittings?

A:  No fittings are included with this feeder but we do have tree friendly Aluminium Nails. 

Q: Why Can't Red Squirrels use this feeder?

A: As red squirrels are smaller than grey squirrels, the tube is too deep for them, which can result in them becoming trapped inside.
