(b) Contract: the processing is necessary for a contract we have with you, the individual, or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract. This includes quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders and the administration and logistics connected to such transactions.

Data provided for the purpose of a proforma, quotation or sales order including name, address, telephone number and email address will be used for order fulfilment, goods delivery, drop shipping goods direct from distributor, plus manufacturers’ warranties. Our customer database is held by Khaos Control Solutions Ltd on secure computer servers hosted by Computask Ltd, which has encryption, anti-virus, malware protection measures and back-up server facilities. This software is then used through a secure password protected network.
