RHS Cottage Garden Scatter Mix

Selected and approved by the RHS this carefully selected mixture is created to reproduce a classic cottage garden floral display but specially designed with wildlife in mind as much as border and cut flower displays.

Easy to grow and full of colour, this mix will enhance any flower border while providing maximum nectar and pollen to wildlife including bees, butterflies, moths, and many other beneficial insects. Scatter on waste ground, in wildlife friendly gardens and is ideal scattered as wildlife friendly colour in every flower border.

Containing a range of annual flowers that will look and smell fabulous and help sustain bees and other pollinators over a long flowering season, especially when succession seeding is utilised.

One box containing 20g of seed will cover approximately 20 square metres. For best success use for spring and autumn planting and over seed every 3-4 weeks for the longest flowering season. Shake the box well, carefully tear open the tab at the side and scatter seeds directly on prepared soil where they are to flower. Lightly rake over the seed bed to cover the seeds and water in well.
