Swifts are uniquely adapted to life on the wing. They hunt flying insects, often in screeching flocks, and can remain in the air for long periods without landing. They fly very fast, at up to 200 kph. They prefer small colonies. All SCHWEGLER nest boxes can be painted to match the house wall. It is very important to ensure that you always use paint that is air-permeable.
Installation of several units will assist the rapid formation of swift colonies.
